What does it mean exactly? We operate as an open book, the cars are not serviced in a ‘black box’!

 ● Undertaking the work happens when You are present. We check the car together so that you can see the problems with your own eyes.

● If you do not have time for that we inform you about the problems on the phone or by e-mail.

● We definitely inform you about unforeseen problems too.

● In case of changing a part you have the possibility to choose from different

products from various price categories. We only recommend products with proper quality and value. We show you the changed part so you can see what caused the problem.

● If required we take photos of the different stages of the repairing process.

● We only repair what has been agreed on!

● We always give you a guideline price!
